That being said, they kept their professionalism and composure when, well, all the rest of us were losing our own and probably kept the estate from going into a probate court type situation. Looking back on things a year and a half later, It took a couple months longer than all involved parties were hoping to execute everything. But they went the extra mile to get it done and done right with due diligence.

Recently I have had nothing but trouble with their agent Melissa. She has been non responsive to my inquiries about the cost and possible choices of policies for my home insurance. She seems to be very ignorant of the policies. Recently she has been extremely rude to me when I have tried to ask pertinent questions about payments on my policy. I tried to pay my insurance by giving her my credit card number when I found a payment was past due because I was sick with COVID-19 and she hung up on me. I subsequently sent my payment directly to the insurance company but because of her my payment maybe late. If you want good, polite, knowledgeable service from your insurance agency. The receptionist says "I'm sorry" all the time and never makes an effort to find the answer. The paperwork that State Farm sent out specifically said "if you are satisfied with your current coverage as shown on the attached Declarations, you need do nothing further." But then they add more coverages that I didn't want. I kept asking and re-asking about the wording and was unable to get an answer. I have had State Farm for many, many years and my previous agent made sure his employees were adequately trained and they were always able to answer questions. The agent was also easily accessible. Guess that is too. much to ask from this office.
