Long story short she needed some statements from my bank account and credit card account business account. I sent all of those to her never heard anything back from her which as a potential Client ghosting somebody after they just gave bank statements then ghost them is not a good feeling. This puts a lot of worry on us business owners maybe it's a scam oh my gosh, she has my information, etc.. I text her on multiple occasions to get in touch. She's ignoring me. She even put me on mute silence her notifications on her phone for me so I'm leaving this here to inform the rest of you about this situation. I will attach photos below. I was told they could not fit me in until 3 PM or I could do it myself online at that point I decided it was time to start a relationship with a different bank. I walked into this bank in Mesquite was greeted with a smile was able to open up my checking account, a CD , savings account. This bank is fantastic. Filed a complaint. Never heard back. Left the WF bank walked across the Street and opened new accounts at American Federal Credit Union. Very happy there. Closed all my accounts with WF bank!
