But the management and senior staff are EXTREMELY well trained and accommodating. A lot more than most other wells Fargo branches. If some something is at an issue, if you need help to sort out something complicated, the serior staff will, almost always, pull though and make accommodations for you. Unlike most other Wells Fargo branches, so please don't put down the senior staff or service overall. There are a few new entry level employees who have issues and may seem incompetent but that is with ALL businesses in Nevada (a problem outside the scope of this review). So please don't think this is a slow branch, it does get crowded at times and maybe some of the staff aren't the brightest but this is a very personable branch that's far more capable and willing to help you than those in Vegas or elsewhere.

I was transferred and disconnected twice as well. I took five trips to the bank to speak to a banker and either no banker was there, or they were ALWAYS too busy. Worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere. Actually, there is no such thing as customer service there. It's absurd.

I received a call from NSB stating that there was a "fraud alert" on some of my transactions. One…read morecharge was quickly resolved. The second charge was for, about $2. They gave me the initials which I didn't recognize but I said that I didn't believe it was a concern and I would let it "ride" until I got more information. The person said that I would have to cancel my current card and reorder a new card. I stated that I didn't want to do this because I believed it was a legitimate charge and there were a lot of auto pays scheduled. To make a long story short they made me cancel my card and then wanted $25 to send me a new card or I would have to wait a couple of weeks for a new card. About a week later I received a call stating the reason the charge hadn't gone through was because someone had used the wrong zip or the wrong CVV code. I was so frustrated that I had reminded them that this was my account and I should have the choice to keep card open since it was my money, to no avail. I was frustrated that this outfit treated me without consideration or respect. I requested a written apology and still haven't heard back from them (and don't expect one). I'm always concerned when an institution doesn't respect the desires of their customers. Sometimes they believe they have "Devine" authorization to treat customers as irrelevant.
