But the management and senior staff are EXTREMELY well trained and accommodating. A lot more than most other wells Fargo branches. If some something is at an issue, if you need help to sort out something complicated, the serior staff will, almost always, pull though and make accommodations for you. Unlike most other Wells Fargo branches, so please don't put down the senior staff or service overall. There are a few new entry level employees who have issues and may seem incompetent but that is with ALL businesses in Nevada (a problem outside the scope of this review). So please don't think this is a slow branch, it does get crowded at times and maybe some of the staff aren't the brightest but this is a very personable branch that's far more capable and willing to help you than those in Vegas or elsewhere.

I was transferred and disconnected twice as well. I took five trips to the bank to speak to a banker and either no banker was there, or they were ALWAYS too busy. Worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere. Actually, there is no such thing as customer service there. It's absurd.

I had gone into Wells Fargo where I have had a relationship for over 30 years to open up a…read moresecondary checking account. I was told they could not fit me in until 3 PM or I could do it myself online at that point I decided it was time to start a relationship with a different bank. I walked into this bank in Mesquite was greeted with a smile was able to open up my checking account, a CD , savings account. This bank is fantastic. I plan on closing all of my accounts and moving everything to them could not be happier with the service.

Wanted a payoff on my car loan. Told to come back another day. Friday noon long line. Only 1 teller…read morewas open. Asked the manager why they can't open another dam window. He puffed his chest and told me I could not use that word in HIS Bank. I never had any problem with wells Fargo Bank and had an account both personal and business account for over 40 years. Filed a complaint. Never heard back. Left the WF bank walked across the Street and opened new accounts at American Federal Credit Union. Very happy there. Closed all my accounts with WF bank!
