They left my taxes on their desk for over a month with no response to any of my communications through text, phone or emails. i had a deadline that needed to be met and it was missed because of them. absolutely no professionalism here. i originally made this review May of 2024 under mangeluff 66. i see that one of their employees has responded recently and just because my screen name does not match with the email i gave you, does not mean you can just dismiss my post. you guys cost me a refund for that year and i am still not up to date cause i took it to H&R block which at least completed the returns but did them wrong. My name is Marion Duff and my husband is Richard. you guys absolutely did do this to me but it was not in 2024; it was a year or 2 before that when i was dealing with a lot of deaths in my family. i still have all the emails and texts i sent that went unanswered! anybody can handle a simple return with a couple of W2s, but you guys, nor H&R block, are worth the money you charge and i can get better info off Google than from your office. your office caused me great stress and problems that are still following me today! so dont just dismiss me like i am a NOBODY...

He often does not return emails and phone calls. If he does not want to address a crucial issue, he does not return call. He has breeched personal confidentiality financial information. He has had someone hack into his files in his business which all of our personal information including social security numbers, addressess, personal worth and property management was released into the WWW. When David makes crucial errors, he denies it and turns it upon the client. In our company meetings he speaks badly about others and has often spoken in a sexist way about a particular employee. While David places on his credentials "Christian based advisor". Over the last 5 years what we have seen from him is a very biased, judgemental and has a dictatorship of "your" money. David makes decisions with our money and acts without approval. Truth. I think an audit is in order. I would suggest if you are looking for a long term CPA, keep looking, don't use David Hudson.
