you are not in good hands with allstate. if you are considering sean shah as your insurance agent…read more- you better think again. he is the worst insurance agent around. my mom had hail damage to her roof and he never and i say never did anything for her!!! i had to call and set up everything myself. they had an adjuster come out and tell us she had hail damage all over her roof and they only wanted to pay 2,600.00 then we had two roofers come out and told us the roof was damaged all over from the hail and then an allstate adjuster came out and said there was no hail damage!!! allstate does not want to pay anyone for hail damage so beware - do not use allstate or sean as your insurance agent!! never use allstate - you are not and i repeat not in good hands with allstate. this has been a nightmare!!! our roofer told us that he had 10 roofs with hail damage and every company paid to have the roofs replaced but the three people that had allstate insurance did not pay to have their roofs replaced because they said there was no damage. they should be reported to the attorney general's office - they are ripping off people who have actual damage to their property. beware and do not use allstate or sean shah as your agent!!!!!!

When we had a strange leak, they even sent their profession that helped us find the problem even though they didn't have to and it wasn't an insurance issue. A word to David from Versailles that took his father (with Alzheimer's) into the Versailles office. David, If you want personal service from smiling clerks who seat you in plush office chairs and cater to your special need to be seen immediately, perhaps you should seek out the services of a tax office that will charge you an arm and a leg for the privilege. If you know your father is unable to be in public without an outburst, why would you put him in such a stressful situation? The business has a policy of seeing first come first served and you obviously knew that based on having used them before for your parents. Your sour grapes and low rating does not reflect the excellent service Dillon has and does provide to the 99.9% of customers that do not expect special treatment. Do better!!!

The place is great and is good for what it is. I'm almost 40 and remember the days of " We appreciate your business", " Have a wonderful day"...what I mean is good customer service which they still practice at Check into Cash on Alexandria Drive. I've dealt with probably everyone in there and they're very Prompt, kind, and courteous. There is a Hispanic lady who works there( forgive me for not knowing her name" she is very welcoming and so awesome and easy to deal with. Borrowing money isn't exactly what someone wants to do but they definitely make it as painless as possible and are very transparent about everything. One of the 6 policies was for my home. My existing policy had a $1000 deductible with another company in KY. They wanted me to move that policy with my other 5 existing policies to their office. Even though it was communicated to match the policy I had, Heather matched the premium, but raised my deductible to $5,700! Yes it was in the quote in fine print, but I had no reason to not trust a company I had been with for over 20yrs then when they say they're going to match like for like, that they wouldn't. I had a claim of $6,000 this week, and was told that my deductible was $5,700. Shocked, I asked Randall to review. He did not care and refused to accept that an error had been made. It would have been illogical for me to move a policy into a higher deductible at the same premium, but he claimed I obviously wanted to. I am moving all my policies to Farmers Insurance. If you have a policy with the office, please read all the policy in detail because what they tell you is different from what they actually write the policy for if they can't compete. An insurance company is supposed to make sure your insurance needs are met, not tell you one thing and then try to get away with sneaking in something completely different. I would not trust this State Farm location with ANY of your insurance needs
