Only once did I receive a response stating that they would call me on a date certain, but I did not receive any call on that date. So I emailed a couple times after that, and a week plus goes by, STILL no response. Not sure what the issue is with this company's intake process, but it has been frustrating and annoying, to say the least. I would leave one star but I decided to go easy since my experience was only with the intake and not with the service itself.
