From the start, Rick and Kathy messed their account up, and made it a 15 year loan. They didn't pay off half the creditors with the funds my parents borrowed. Their loan was supposed to be paid off last month, May 3rd. The last payment slip was paid. They are changing my parents close to an extra $2000.00. When I made the last payment myself, Chandy told me that my mother came in and redone their loan. How is an elderly, 67 year old woman that can't drive, get their to refinance a loan?? They will cheat, lie, and steal for each other. We are in the process of trying to get a regional manager or someone to step in and help my parents. When I spoke to Rick about the situation, he told me my mother was crazy. She took bits and pieces of different conversation and made up what she wanted to believe. He's lucky we were in a business setting and not out in the streets. My mother is a good Christian woman and wouldn't steal from or lie to anyone. I would advise anyone, no matter how much you may need a loan, GO ELSEWHERE. I will post this review on every platform I can.
