I called around first because I didn't want to pay $500 again this year. I called Liberty Tax and Johns set up appointments with both to get an estimate first we went to Liberty the Paradise Valley location behind the KFC over the phone I spoke with a lady which I didn't understand "language barrier" when we walked in I introduced myself and said I had an appointment, Tamara RIVERA was her name anyways this lady was kinda rude okay soo she clearly heard our english no accent what so ever and she asked us twice even three times if we needed a Spanish speaker better?? Well that was rude! We let it go and just started asking her questions which she did not know the answer to needless to say we didn't trust her we got up thanked her and went across the street to Johns.... Where we walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile as we spoke with the receptionist John was helping a couple but excused himself and got up to greet us he explained how he did things and asked us to fill out some papers and please take a seat. When he came over he was really nice and started off with a joke. He checked to see what and how it was better for us to file. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Please go to him no hidden fees just good and reasonable priced inconvinienxe tax not to mention he has classes FREE of cost to information you on how to file your taxes and claim the most and get the most!! Please mention Me Kaysi and get an instant $50 OFF!!! I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO H&R BLOCK. not that they do a bad job they don't but why pay $500 when you can get the same great service at Johns for less?!! THANX JOHN :).

We sold a few different properties and bought a new house in 2023 so I wanted to get help from a professional who can help with our taxes. I was stressing about doing our taxes and I wasn't sure who could help. I was also in need of help quickly because the June 17th deadline was just days away. I found Koala Financial & Bonita Tax Service on yelp and sent them email to see if they could help with my situation. I was pleasantly surprised when Benjamin replied to my email about 20 minutes later. I had a lot of questions so we began emailing each other back and forth. Benjamin was very quick to respond. He was also very helpful and provided all the information I needed. I was not able to go to the office in person due to work, however, I was able to send over all my documents through their secure portal. Once I sent the information, Benjamin took care of everything. My return was filed electronically, the payment to the IRS was processed quickly and I received the state refund about a week later. If you have a complex tax return, I would definitely recommend Koala Financial & Bonita Tax Service.

The tax preparation was more expensive than I've paid in the past ($600) but still reasonable in my opinion and definitely worth it to do as little of the "figuring out" as possible. I will use Tax Nerds again in the future and highly recommend.
