I've had such a wonderful experience with Diana Troy's Allstate office. I moved to Texas from New…read moreYork and needed to get renters and auto insurance. I had been dreading the process of setting this up, but Vivian (a member of Diana's team) made it so easy. I called mid-morning and Vivian was able to get everything processed in a single day (with my previous agent, adding renters insurance took three days!). In addition, Vivian coordinated getting proof of my renters insurance to my landlord. Then, when my landlord had questions Vivian and Monalisa (another member of Diana's team) handled conversations with him. I was anxious to get a copy of my renters declaration form. Vivian knew this, so she reached out to me over the weekend via text to let me know it was processed. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service she provided. I feel good knowing that if I have an issue with my car or my apartment that I have Diana and her excellent team in my corner.

The staff at Tom Price made me feel at home right away and they have resolved any of my questions and concerns within an impressive short amount of time, where as my previous agent's staff would forget about me entirely and I would have to follow up repeatedly. Mr. Tom Price, congratulations on a wonderful, professional and well educated team! It's a pleasure to be taken care by people who really care. This is also the first time after being a State Farm customer for over 3 years that a staff member called me to offer me about life insurance and after taking the time to schedule me in for a consultation to explain the different policies I had access to, I bought my plan a year ago and couldn't feel happier about it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your customers. I recommend your office to everyone I know.

Every time (and I do mean every time) I called on the telephone asking to speak with Mangie I was told that she was unavailable for a myriad of reasons. That said, Mangie did keep good contact with me via email. However, there were a couple of times when that type of customer service communication did not help me at all because the clock was ticking. 2. I was told by Mangie while I was interviewing her in consideration for utilizing her services if her business would be able to help me with a judgment that was on my credit report. Her response was yes, absolutely! Do to the fact that the judgment was a small dollar amount there was zero room for her business to make a commission on successfully removing said judgment and in the end "My Credit Group" was unsuccessful in there eff forts to strike a deal with those who held my judgment papers. Overall, My Credit Group did not do anything for me that I found to be extraordinary. MCG did in fact clean up some of the smaller procedure type of data input errors on my credit reports, but fell short of providing me a service that I was under the impression would be provided to me. In the end, I am left to wonder how the other 3 reviews on this page got the 5 star treatment and I did not? I'm thinking 3 company/friendly shills at this juncture.

This is the ONLY credit repair company I would recommend. I researched about 25 companies before we chose this one, and they raised our score considerably in 6 months, all for less than $60 a month. Yes, I know you can do it yourself, but you can also mow your own yard, groom your own dog and change the oil in your car but sometimes we just don't WANNA do it ourselves because we are too busy or whatever. Besides, I would rather have a professional handling stuff this important. Anyway, they ROCK, they are inexpensive and they get the job done. Thanks to them we were able to buy a beautiful house... thank you MCG! Tell them James from Texas sent cha!
