She was not thorough, did not catch things, asked the wrong questions while missing the big issues, miscalculated my taxes showing I owed an additional $4200! She made ASSUMPTIONS that were wrong. Luckily I know about taxes and caught her errors. But, why did I pay her? And also, the return was supposedly reviewed and approved by Molly. They both missed the errors.
