Well...after two huge penalties for her negligence in not filing a personal income tax doc and now a suspension of our corporation because she failed to file for that we are demanding our entire files asap. Extremely unhappy with the services we received from Delaine's Place. Delaine did not file the taxes for our company on time and then assured us everything was fine; that she would take care of it. When we tried to follow up with her; she was not available. We left many messages for her to call us but never did receive a call back. We hoped, at the very least, that she actual filed the taxes. Unfortunetly, after 3 months; the IRS ended up sending us a fine for each partner in the business (3). The fine was for every month that the taxes weren't filed. The bill was $7000. I would not recommend Delaine or Delaine's Place for tax services. read more
