This is a great toll tag location. Best part is there is very rarely a wait. The staff is very nice and helpful, making the trips here pleasant. On Marches 17, 2023, after driving 45 minutes each way, I visited the Toll Tag Store on OVERTON for the first time. While there was a line forming at the door, no employee told me I had to use the computer to sign into the digital line. Another customer was kind enough to tell me this after waiting in line and receiving no direction. Nevertheless, upon being assisted by a an older African-American representative, she was less than helpful and more agitating about my request to scan my toll tag window sticker. In fact, she actually stated, " I haven't got time for this!" I was appalled at this response. How can you not have time for this, when it is YOUR JOB! I almost lost it. Furthermore, employees softly called your name, and wasn't auditable. People lost their position in line because the could not hear the names beinging called. I saw and heard the Spanish speaking person barely open her mouth to call forth the next person in line, which I couldn't hear standing in front the the adjacent glass screen. Where are the managers for this place??? Poor and marginal customer service needs to be addressed. We are paying them and we are not there to "gravel" and beg them for their help. I am a paying customer deserving of customer service and not bad attitudes. This is 2023 and people want and need jobs, so why does this persist? I've spent more time on the phone with NTTA than usual because I bought a car and have been trying to add the new vehicle to my toll tag account. Today I called to speak to a rep and verified my ID over the phone with my pin, as I had in precious calls. The rep who answered asked to verify my identity using my first and last name, address phone number and e mail. I couldn't remember which email NTTA had on file so she refused to help me. The attendant was short and rude, hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else even though I waited newly 30 min to speak with someone. read more

Yay for them being open on the weekends. Despite having several people in front of us in line, it didn't take us very long to get a new tag. They are also slinging free TCU and SMU tags right now- Dallas Cowboys, Stars, and Rangers cost 22.99$. The staff was friendly and fast.
