They are also only open 2 days a week (which is difficult as a business owner as I'm sure people coming here would understand) But not only does it say they are only open twice a week, I went by on a day that it says online that they are open and nobody was there. I went in person because they are not responding to my messages. They told me that my taxes would be taken out of my account on a specific date and that date has come and gone and the money did not leave my account, so now I'm going to a different location to figure it out and I'll be canceling my membership package. The only redeeming thing is that HR Block customer support was incredibly helpful and apologetic.

STEER CLEAR from this company unless you want a huge loss not covered. I told Israel what I…read morewanted and they said you got it , made me feel great and happy like they're a great good company so when my building got robbed and damaged the building wasn't even covered . when we thought it was and that's what we originally told Israel nice and clear shame on us for not checking the paperwork and shame on us for believing A boy named Israel . this company is a joke . We asked for crop insurance they told us going to take three days it took 13 days for a quote we were in the middle of laps on our coverage and we got robbed on the 8 days after we requested insurance all our product was uninsured because they told us it's gonna take three days but really it took 13 days our product would've been covered if they did what they said they were going to do in three days or even 4 days or 5 days. but hey we thought our building property was still covered the building come to find out the buildings not even covered and that's what we originally asked for . He gave us general liability in case someone got hurt which we don't have employees . complete dropping the ball I'm gonna steer everyone I know around the cannabis business away from this company and Israel. And when I called Israel and told him I wanted to get it damages fixed he went along with it completely he didn't speak up because he was probably scared so he led me to believe it was still covered the building he even gave me the agents number to have her come and check out. I went back-and-forth why I'm not getting called back I finally got a hold of the agent and she said why am I calling her there's no claim there's nothing for her to do it makes no sense why Israel let me believe that the building was covered and said I shouldn't even be calling her and doesn't understand why Israel even sent me to her. This isn't over by any means with this company. What does boils down to I told Israel when I called him I want the building covered in case of a fire or someone runs your car through it. That's what I asked for. This seems like a bedroom company. And I'm gonna tell all my friends and family about my experience and ask them to go and leave reviews about this company because this is it right there playing with peoples livelihoods

Things are drastically different! Unfortunately, my total…read moreexperience has changed to disappointment for the following 10 reasons. 1) Approximately 3 weeks before the tax filing deadline of April 15, 2026. Randels Tax Service requested additional documents. Those documents were provided as requested. 2) No follow confirmation was provided to me via email or phone. 3) I made numerous contact attempts via Randel's current website, and business card information in an attempt to get the current status of my 2025 tax filing. 4) No Response/reply via email or phone. The same attempts were made by my spouse which lead to the same result I experienced. 5) Additional calls and emails were sent. I finally get a call with a person that identified themselves as worker Randels Tax Services, stating they needed additional documents. 6) I explained to this same worker person that the documents they are requesting had been sent a while back. However, we will send provide the requested documents again. 7) I verbally requested confirmation via cell phone or email of receipt of documents received from me or my spouse. Again negative results. 8) As of April 25, 2026. My spouse or I have not received any information or status from Randels Tax Service regarding our 2025 Tax Filing. 9) As an effort to understand why we haven't been able to communicate with Randels Tax Service, my Spouse and I drove to the location list on their current website. Which clearly states the open and closed hours. We arrived at their location at approximately 11:15 am. The outside doors to the office were closed. Subsequently, leaving another un- returned voice message. 10) So disappointed! Additionally, Randels Tax Service still have several current documents relative to 2025 tax filing.

My first concern was when Minakshi called to let me know how much my taxes would be this year. When…read moreI had questions about why this number was different than the taxes taken out of each paycheck. She was not able to give me a a straight answer. I later talked to Tawnya who gave me a complete and professional answer. In this phone call I also asked for an update on a previous issue of the IRS claiming I owe them taxes when I didn't. Tawnya said she would have to check on this the get back to me. I submitted all the paperwork they needed for this over a year before. Two weeks later there was a hold on my checking account from the IRS. I emailed and called Tawnya. There was no reply. The next day I emailed again and called everyone in the office. The last and only person who answered was Chantel. Chantel was very helpful and professional. She called the Federal Tax Franchise for me and released the hold and got the accusation dismissed. Then three months later I was sent an invoice of $200 for them to "contacted the Franchise Tax Board to request removal of the hold on the client's account." If I had known in advanced asking them to take care of this would cost me an additional $200 I would have done it myself. Later I am getting all these calls and emails while I am at work that I need to sign and submit a document right now because if I don't I will be charged from the IRS. I had to step away from work to address this. I then looked at all of our correspondence and saw they never gave me a heads up on this due date. Instead they bombarded me requiring me to drop everything in the moment to address this task. In the end they cost me more time and money than completing my taxes through turbo tax. The biggest concern is that they interacted with me in unprofessional ways on many occasions. I will not be filing my taxes with them anymore
