Making the appointment was easy and we had a nice meeting with Christine where we explained what we were looking for and she reassured us that she could help us get pointed in the right direction. I called the office and talked with Michele who confirmed she received my email and did forward the message to Christine. She apologized, and assured me she would bring this to Ms. Hinton's attention. Still I haven't received any call back from Christine or her office to explain why I'm being ignored. It's been two months since my first consultation with Ms. Hinton and I haven't had a reply. There are lower rates elsewhere but if are looking for responsive client services, insurance knowledge and a true client relationship, well you get what you pay for.
