When I asked if they needed copies of birth certificate or social they said no. A week after signing the paperwork I checked our status on the IRS site just to make sure they received it and there is no information available, not even that they received our taxes. When I called back I spoke with owner and he reassured me that it was in fact sent in, but still nothing in the IRS system. So it's been a total of about 3 weeks and we haven't the faintest idea of what's going on with our tax returns. In all our years of doing taxes, we have never gone through something like this very unprofessional! I do not recommend.
