I told him Jeremy had said it would be the full amount. Then he flat out told me Jeremy did not. So. Now I'm overcharged, not refunded as agreed, and accused of lying. I wish I could leave 0 stars. In the mean time I forgot my Mortgage Property Tax form 1098 that had over $6000.00 in deductions. When I brought that in she stated that it would not make a difference. Went to two different tax places and they told me how wrong she was and that she was just being lazy. Because she filed my taxes with out all the correct forms she would need to file an amended form and she didn't want to do that. Going from owing the IRS to they owe me close to $2000.00.
