Jennifer did not do my taxes correctly. I needed to bring in the correct W2 with the employers EIN number so that Jennifer could E fill, but she sent it anyway. In the mean time I forgot my Mortgage Property Tax form 1098 that had over $6000.00 in deductions. When I brought that in she stated that it would not make a difference. Went to two different tax places and they told me how wrong she was and that she was just being lazy. Because she filed my taxes with out all the correct forms she would need to file an amended form and she didn't want to do that. Going from owing the IRS to they owe me close to $2000.00. This company needs minus stars!!!! HORRIBLE!!! Jennifer cost us thousands of dollars and would not help us when she is the one who made the mistakes. We would call to get some questions answered and they said they do not take calls through the tax season, really? We had to go and hire an actual CPA, which she is obviously not. We love Jennifer! We switched to her several years ago due to a horrible experience with another company. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and personable. It was roughly 250 dollars to do my personal taxes and deductions for a sole proprietorship last year. This year the worksheet was exactly the same, no employees but I have an LLC this year. Without any notice or warning, they beat me up for 735.00. Nothing changed other than the LLC designation. I've checked a lot of other places now and no one is even close to that price. No proactive interest in my business, you just turn in your worksheet and they file. read more
