I'm glad I chose Liberty on Main as they really worked our data over (we moved so we'd have to file for 2 states) and during the review process they (Alesha and a coworker from the Idaho office) double checked several aspects of our multiple returns and we saw the total amount we would owe drop several 100s of dollars.

Person who answered didn't know so he transferred me to voice mail called back to speak with the incompetent person that answers the phone and again transferred to voice mail. Gave up on them so I decided to show up in person only to find a note on the door "closed due to doctors appointment " I guess it was to much to ask the incompetent guy that answered the phone to let me know they where closing early. First attempt to hire their services but I can assure you I won't be coming back this place is a joke. If this is how they take care of business I won't trust them with my sensitive information.
