This is the most dishonest, disrespectful, lying Attorney out there. We have unfortunately used him twice. Second time not by my choice. He hasn't even turned anything in for our son, literally threw him under the bus so to speak. We've been doing our due diligence and called the attorney generals office, the Enoch city police and Washington police Sargent. They're all in cahoots together. My husband and I went up to visit this attorney and collect promised documents, once in person, and he threatened to call the police and lied and said we were sneaking around his office. My son had received a serious brain injury from a truck in 2018. He had the information twice and did not even turn this in. Our son was married to a pedophile, of which we did not know. Her adoptive mother sent us information to use and Mr.M didn't even turn anything in. He doesn't keep his word, his appointment and he just does things for a quick buck. He is more like a prosecutor. To top things off, He had offered my ex-husband's wife a job to work in his office. She has been in pre-law class is wanting to work with children. He and others have been protecting her. So my son is rotting and prison right now! We need to get together to protect ourselves. Corruption in the courts and with lawyers!!! We are so disappointed! read more

I can't thank Mr. Munson and his team enough for everything they did for me. I came to Utah from California for a vacation and unfortunately left on probation. From the very beginning, Mr. Munson and his team were incredibly responsive, communicative, and professional. They always answered my emails, text messages, and phone calls promptly, no matter how many questions I had. They truly gave me peace of mind by making me feel like everything was under control throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to guide me from start to finish, explaining every step along the way and making sure I understood what was happening. I never felt like just another client--they genuinely cared and treated me with respect and compassion during a very stressful time. If you're looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly committed to their clients, I highly recommend Mr. Munson and his team. Thank you again for your outstanding representation and for making a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I will always be grateful for everything you and your team has done for me. read more

A dear friend of mine was facing serious felony charges in Utah, and after extensive research, we were incredibly fortunate to find Matt Munson, Esq. From the start, Matt demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and dedication. He immediately went to work, carefully negotiating the case down from a felony to a misdemeanor with probation -- an outstanding outcome. Even better, the record will be eligible for expungement within two years. Equally impressive was Brittni, his paralegal, who was excellent in providing information, answering questions, and ensuring everything was handled smoothly. Both Matt and Brittni were attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout the process. Without question, Matt Munson is one of the best criminal defense lawyers in Utah, and his team is top-notch. read more

Matt Munson and his friendly staff did a great job helping us create a living trust and end of care specifications for our blended families to use when we do pass. He was clear and concise and helped us understand the legal aspects well enough that we feel confident that there won't be conflict or misunderstandings. Our children will benefit considerably by having the documents laid out so clearly. I highly recommend his services. Hopefully I won't ever need a lawyer for anything other than the usual documentations for division of property or other non confrontational issues but I hope to keep this business relationship in good standing in the event that I need a clear and thorough lawyer. I appreciate his service. read more

These guys really went to bat for me. They took my case/concern seriously and put forth more effort than I expected. When other firms probably would have given in and accepted the response from the government agency, they stepped up and fought for my rights and didn't take no for an answer. They also provided frequent updates with detailed information throughout the process. They made me feel like they actually cared about me and my case. I would highly recommend M. A. Munson Law! read more
