So now with the error, I owe a significant amount of money which I would have liked to pay out of my original federal return, but now it is too late. The original accountant to help me only works there seasonally, so I was helped by Crystal who was super nice and helpful! However, H&$ Block will only return my service fee. In my opinion they should pay the amount of which I was not made aware due to the error + the service fee. And it has now been almost a month since I was told I would receive the refund in the mail. And when I called to check on it, they were of no help at all. I am very frustrated because I have been put in a difficult financial position thanks to a simple error that was made on their end. I will likely not use H&R Block in the future.

I don't know if it is just with me or she is like that. Another guy gave me the wrong information and more money came out of my account then I thought. I'm glad I had enough money in there. As a student, that is not always the case. My mom gave me the number of another SF agent I can call next time I need help so I don't have to call here.
