I did everything by the book. Gave them all the correct paperwork, documents etc. The bank not only told me to do shady things w my account but then closed my account with no warning. They also stole 400$ cash and had me pay 10k off a credit card that wasn't even mine! These people are crooks. Even worse they dropped the bomb on me right up at the front so I'd loose my mind in front of everyone instead of at least taking me into a private room. There is a special place in hell for you all. The challenge is that the few bankers are usually with customers and the wait is often 20-30 minutes or more. That's a long time to wait to perform a 5 minute transaction. Not a big deal since if it's an occasional wait, but it gets frustrating since I'm in to make wired and such at least monthly. So, I'm rating only 4/5 stars.

This is the absolute worst bank/customer service I've ever experienced. My mom has had an account…read morewith them for years..but when trying to get help with a check we were told one thing by the teller, and another by the call center that is directly downstairs from them. While trying to cash an endorsed check, Braden was so rude and condescending. (His neck was getting bright red while talking down to us) Then when I called because I felt I wasn't getting help, Sarah in customer service said if the check was from State Bank it was no problem. So I drove all the way back, and was met with Braden and Sydney. Sydney wouldn't allow me to speak with her manager, and Braden was very combative with his tone. When I raised my tone to match, saying how much time and gas they have wasted..he had the audacity to tell me that I need to be more kind to him. When I had pointed out that he had terrible customer service. Beware of this bank, they will treat you like absolute garbage, even if you've had a long standing relationship.

It has only gone down hill since closing the second branch. Difficult to get anything done here and I starting to look at other options.
