Person who answered didn't know so he transferred me to voice mail called back to speak with the incompetent person that answers the phone and again transferred to voice mail. Gave up on them so I decided to show up in person only to find a note on the door "closed due to doctors appointment " I guess it was to much to ask the incompetent guy that answered the phone to let me know they where closing early. First attempt to hire their services but I can assure you I won't be coming back this place is a joke. If this is how they take care of business I won't trust them with my sensitive information.

Then I received a letter 6 months later from the state tax commission about an error and money that I owed. Originally I was told that I would get a return. So now with the error, I owe a significant amount of money which I would have liked to pay out of my original federal return, but now it is too late. The original accountant to help me only works there seasonally, so I was helped by Crystal who was super nice and helpful! However, H&$ Block will only return my service fee. In my opinion they should pay the amount of which I was not made aware due to the error + the service fee. And it has now been almost a month since I was told I would receive the refund in the mail. And when I called to check on it, they were of no help at all. I am very frustrated because I have been put in a difficult financial position thanks to a simple error that was made on their end. I will likely not use H&R Block in the future.
