This left me owing for all three years as well as the fourth year since I had been filing married with dependents for pay from my job as well as two settlements I had received over those years. It is now April 8 approximately six days before tax deadline and we have yet to receive our taxes even though they were relatively simple to do. I have called repeatedly to find out when I can expect to receive my taxes for filing, but even though I have left my name and number with the receptionist, have not received any phone calls whatsoever from any anyone in this firm. I must say that I am very disappointed in the handling of my affairs and I will contact them again this date and advised that if they have not finished my taxes I will request that they be given back to me so I can take it to someone who can finish my tax return before the deadline. I don't know if I have upset them to the point where they will not return my calls even though that would be very unprofessional on their part but nonetheless, I need my taxes finished and filed. It is now quite obvious that they will not complete this task prior to the deadline, which will require that they file a request for extension, even though they've had, as stated above, my taxes now for 10 weeks. I think it's quite obvious that I do not recommend these people or preparing taxes.

The reason I even went there in the first place was lack of response to e-mails and failure to call back when they promised. First, this may be "Scott Cameron's" but he never deals directly with his customers. On my way out I tried to enter his luxurious office and the receptionist had a fit (he wasn't even in there)! The young woman who I dealt with was rude and refused to provide me with any answers. The answer I received was obviously biased by what he was told by the same staff who treated me like I was a child. Perhaps if the owner ever bothered to communicate with his customers directly he would get a more balanced view. As for so-called honest responses, "That's how it is jn Florida" does NOT explain why his staff provided me with an initial quote which was increased twice in the next few weeks by hundreds of dollars due to my car no longer being safe by State Farm standards - the same car State Farm has insured for 10 years and has every safety option on it that my two year old Infiniti has which cost almost a thousand less per year!!
