Welll,
I've been Two dozens of H&M all over the country. In this certain case I've been there twice one time to buy a pair of pants and the second time to return the same pair of pants. Both times the cashier happens to be two different slutty women who lack any type of communication skills and kind of had an attitude problem.
The first time I bought a pair of pants the cashier did not make any eye contact and wasn't pleasant. I talked about a coupon that I had being on the pants. She then mumbled the price of the pants and then I asked her kindly if the coupon was added to the price of the pants and with attitude she replied "mhmmmm it's on there"
I'm from New York honey so the eyebrow raise with the tude is easily indicted.
My second experience was re-entering the store the next day to return the pair of pants that broke up on trying to zipper would know for us whatsoever. But H&M clothing being cheaply made is a totally separate issue and we all kind of know that already.
So in this experience the person doing my return was OK so I was trying to use the coupon that I use in the first pair pants that I'm currently returning. I believe this was a new employee so she asked another employee who then answered in front of me like I wasn't there "nah can't be used"
Like, isn't this the south? I thought southern hospitality was a thing here. I guess not in all places. She said it's over a coworker as if I wasn't standing right there without any type of apologetic feel,
Glad to say that she didn't grant me the coupon or else I would have spent more time / $$ there.
Walked out of that store with my money back and a smile on my face. read more
