It is one of my favorite places to buy bras, because their bras fit well, are so comfortable, and wash and dry easily. At this store, I found one bra and one casual shirt to buy. Despite one of the products being on sale, I thought that the prices were higher than what I preferred to spend. In addition, I want to mention that I saw two employees wearing their face masks around their chin and mouth, which obviously does not help much during a pandemic. When I got home, I tried on the shirt, which was a size larger than what I normally buy, and the arms fit well, but the bottom of the shirt was shorter than my preference. The bra fit well.

I applaud Torrid because they have some of the most compassionate employees out there. They really enjoy working in their establishment. As always they always have a huge selection of items that range from clothing to jewelry. Along with the great staffing this store is always in great shape. Everything is organized, well stocked and easy to find. And if you can't find it, someone is willing to locate it, whether it be in store, or at another store.

They said no its against policy. Ok fair enough while after driving 40 mins there. I arrived there and was told one person bought all 30 of them and i asked dont you have a policy against selling more then so many of a limited product to a single person. He responded with there is but we will sale them regardless if they sold it to one person or multiple. So needless to say they dont have to follow policy for somethings but will on others. Thank you for wasting my time driving 40 mins for nothing.

I don't often have to make returns to Amazon but when I do, I was hoping the process would be easy. I also was thinking how nice I can return my Amazon products to Kohl's and maybe take a look around a real store and buy something for Christmas. Instead of being treated like a guest, I was practically dismissed by one of the most insensitive and disingenuous retail worker imaginable! The lady behind the customer service counter had her back turned for practically two minutes before she acknowledged me grudgingly said, may I help you? In a tone indicator, her attitude was not to help me at all. I put my package on the counter and said I would like to return this please and she said well you're not gonna do that here! That's a UPS tag. We don't do that here. I said well what if I take the tag off it's only loosely Taped. She said if you want to return to Kohl's you need a Kohl's tag. You will have to go home and re-print one out. I'm thinking, oh my mistake, but she did not offer a solution that could've kept me as a customer in her store. This lady's in her 50s with long blonde turning grey hair and glasses and Suffers from an superiority complex She made a mistake by taking a job at a place where she has contempt for working with the public She wasn't busy, there were no customers behind me but she did not offer to print a new tag out for me so that I could shop at Kohl's. She even laughed at my error. I don't need you and your disgraceful customer service, Kohls YOU need me and customers like me who are willing to go out of their way to visit your store! YOU need to treat customers in a respectful Courteous, helpful manner! If you want to keep your doors, open another year, you need to reevaluate your staff immediately or there will be a for lease sign on your front doors soon!

I have never been one to find the necessity to buy a suit. I always thought that they were a…read morepretentious item to own and in my mind a confining garment that limited what you were set to do in life. Was I ever narrow minded in that thought set. You never know exactly what you will need and when you will need it. I was heading out of town for a conference and needed some business attire. However, my work clothes consisted of scrubs and t-shirts. All of my dress clothes that could be considered business were out dated, faded and just plain ugly. I hate dressing up. It's just not my thing. I know I could have gone to a well known, local tailor for a suit, but on the short time limit and low knowledge of suits, I sought out a place that deals exclusively in suits. Unfortunately for me where I live there is no Men's Wearhouse, so I had to make a bit of a trip to make it here. Walking in I knew I needed a suit and that was about it. When I was greeted warmly at the door that put me at ease. I was measured and then taken right over to the racks to start seeing suits. The lady that helped me was very helpful. She got me exactly what I needed, had me measured for hemming and even found shirts and ties to match the suits I was to wear. I even got a pair of amazing looking switchback shoes. I just had to come back at a later date to pick them up. No worries. I arrive back to pick up my suits, which is the reason for the delay of my review here (wanted to get an all around feel before I based my opinion on just one interaction). Showed up, tried the suits on again and they fit perfectly. I actually ended up spending more money this time in because I needed a jacket to go over top of the suits. In all honesty, this is the most I have ever spent on clothing in one trip and have so little to show for it. But in the long haul, this is going to pay off for a while. Two suits, two shirts, two ties, overcoat and shoes that will help me present myself as a dressy person. No need to worry if I have dress clothes now. Amazing customer service here for sure. They are very attentive to the task at hand. Oh, and get this, they sell more than just suits. I never in my life knew this.
