Did they bother to post an emergency number to call so you can gain access to your unit. No. Did they bother to even contact their customers to give us a heads-up that this was happening. No. Did they even post any contact info. No. Did they do anything at all to help customers affected by this problem. NO. We drove an hour to get a load of stuff from our unit on Sunday. The entry system didn't work. No one was there. No one was in the office. No one answered the phone. No one responded to our phone messages. Two people wasted two hours each and it also cost us an entire tank of gas. Why could they not even bother to have someone on site to make sure customers can access their units? No excuse for such poor service. I wasted one star even rating this business.

The complex is Small, Dirty, No Security and is out of town a way, so it's kind of inconvenient. Lots of Bees in the summer, Spiders in the winter. Units are 'Dark After Hours', so if you need to go into your unit during this time period you 'de better take a flashlight to see inside. They put a lock on my unit by mistake one time because they thought I hadn't paid for the month. Once I proved their mistake, it took 3 days to get them to take their lock off my unit. It has been 90 days since I have been waiting for my $80.00 Deposit back. First couple of calls they gave me the run-around, they must have caller ID because they quite taking my calls after that.
