Apparently this facility has been having problems with their secure entry system for weeks. It…read morefails during the weekends. Did they bother to post an emergency number to call so you can gain access to your unit. No. Did they bother to even contact their customers to give us a heads-up that this was happening. No. Did they even post any contact info. No. Did they do anything at all to help customers affected by this problem. NO. We drove an hour to get a load of stuff from our unit on Sunday. The entry system didn't work. No one was there. No one was in the office. No one answered the phone. No one responded to our phone messages. Two people wasted two hours each and it also cost us an entire tank of gas. Why could they not even bother to have someone on site to make sure customers can access their units? No excuse for such poor service. I wasted one star even rating this business.
