They knew about the break in filed a police report and never notified us. Our trailer windows were broken out and rain was pouring in. The owner claims he can't keep people from cutting the fence. Well, don't advertise safe secure storage if you can't deliver. I would give no stars as a rating. Just find somewhere else.

The only nice part was that they kept the same staff through the switch! Until recently! I went in to pay my bill this weekend for next month and it's entirely new staff and they have no idea what they are doing and they are rude to top it off. I will be moving my stuff out quickly! It is very secure.There are security cameras everywhere and you must enter a gate code during certain hours to gain entry. I highly recommend renting here if you need a storage unit.
