If I could give it zero stars, I would. The "management" is so rude, unprofessional, and overall…read moreangry at the world. They gave us a contract, then called to say it's no longer valid because other people wanted the tent. The tents they did give us, they complained about the position of them saying how "last time I was in the area, I got yelled at by security". Which I'm not sure has anything to do with us. Then as the manager is leaving, she yells at one of our employees saying how much of a hassle the whole process has been. If we could have untipped and gotten out of the whole thing, we would have. Make sure you call before booking with them so you know exactly what you're getting into.
