They wanted to make sure my truck could tow the 10,000 pound VE. They were real cool about it, just wanted to verify for themselves for safety reasons, for me and their equipment. Super easy guys to work with. Returning it dealing with Joe and Adrian. I couldn't figure out where to fill up the diesel genny! Another home run hit for the Gents at Sunbelt, they gave me the option to show me so I could get gas or they could take care of it, which I think is super cool. Thanks guys!

I don't remember the name of the person who picked up the tractor but he was so kind! The battery was dead so I drove to the gate and took him where the tractor was. He quickly got it running, up to the gate and loaded within 10 minutes!

There were no high-pressure sales tactics, no pressure to buy something bigger / better / different, and no BS. They're just a nice, local business! They honor manufacturer discounts / promotions and even delivered the tractor to my home. They had what I wanted in stock, ready to go (attachments too). Added bonus - it's the cutest tractor ever!

I told him the symptoms of my problem. I also told him that I had called a mobile diesel mechanic. He told me to call him back if I needed his help. The mobile mechanic decided that it could not be fixed in the field. I called Jesus back and told him that I was having the vehicle told to his facility. This call was about 2:00 in the afternoon. Golden Empire towing was dispatched but they were very busy. The daytime turned to darkness. I called Jesus and apologized. He was going to get off work but told me to call and he would open the gate to let us in. We started our journey to Quinn about 11:30 at night. Jesus met us at the gate. When our vehicle was parked he immediately connected his diagnostic equipment and gave us a good idea about our issue. Both Golden Empire and Quinn went out of their way to help us. Jesus is an outstanding ambassador for Quinn. I know we are in good hands and our problem will be solved. I highly recommend Quinn and our personal technician Jesus.
