They charge you for providing a bag for your purchases AND they don't mention the fact that it's an extra fee. 3. They charge tax on the items you buy and if you pay with a debit/credit card they increase your purchase by the $1 atm fee and charge you tax on the whole thing. It's understood that they're in business to make money but to lie (by omisión) and to take extra money from you by involving the atm transaction fee in the tax calculation as if it was something you bought is illegal.
