There was some initial frustration with scheduling, but the team was professional, apologetic, and made the effort to get someone out that same evening to diagnose the issue. Zaur came out first to assess the problem, which turned out to be a failed condenser fan motor. Once I approved the estimate the next day, the company moved quickly to secure the part. Tim and Zaur both came out later that day and worked into the evening to get the job done. Throughout the repair, which also included a maintenance service, both were great to work with. In addition to the company's responsiveness, transparency, and reasonable pricing, I also appreciated that the work came with a 3-year warranty on parts and labor. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We are in the middle of a heat wave in Los Angeles and yesterday…read moreour AC went out so we called this business. They sent two gentlemen out who took 5 min looking at the AC and said it was working again and admitted that they hadn't actually done anything to the AC. After they admitted this they tried to charge us $130, which of course we replied no to as they had done 0 actual work. Annoyed, they spent the next 40 min pretending to "run tests" while we could see they were actually out at their car for most of that time. Upon returning with the AC now working magically, they ended up leaving and we paid them the $60 fee to come out and look. We get home from work to no surprise, the AC is not working again. We call them and of course they are closed. Today they show up, go on the roof, and all of the sudden two parts are broken, which were fine yesterday. They say each part is going to be $600 which seems outrageously high, so my boyfriend asked them to see the parts and model numbers so he could do research himself. The parts actually cost ONLY $16. When my boyfriend confronted them about this they did not know what to do. The two workers said we needed to speak to the owner. Following this they went back on the roof AND PUT THE BROKEN PARTS BACK IN, instead of giving them to us to get fixed, and then just left and headed to their next job. Here we are, two visits later, no progress, and a complete scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner was incredibly rude on the phone to my boyfriend and told him that the $16 - $600 markup is normal. He even said "imagine if every customer asked about part prices, i would never make any money". Not the way to run a business buddy. An absolute scam and waste of our time and money. Absolutely unacceptable. Heres a link to the part they tried to claim cost more: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CBLAWWW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_ICnwBb81E1144

1 month and 8 days later!!! Do you think that's a reasonable time frame to have your ac fixed? I'll…read morelet you answer that on your own but let me explain what happened. I live in apartment complex. I noticed that the ceiling was dripping water. I notified the manager of the property and they called Red Rock to come out and check it out. Took them about 4 days to finally show up. The day they came they opened the ceiling and then when I got home around 5 pm that day. I came home to an open ceiling. I asked the manager why it was left open and they responded that Red Rock will return tomorrow to replace a part but didn't return for over 3 weeks. After 3 weeks we finally got an answer from management and we were told they were going to come the next day to finally replace that part. The day of their return, only then, I was informed that in fact they were going to be replacing the ac unit completely ( inside the unit and on the roof as well). The day of the unit replacement I was asked to be out of the unit from 8 am to 12 pm. BUTTTT they didn't finish until 8 pm that evening. Which me, my wife and daughters (ages 3 & 9) had to stay out of our home that whole time. Which was a school night (Thursday). Finally after being able to return home we turned on the ac, then come to Find out that it only worked for about 2 hours then started blowing hot air again. I once again contacted management about the issue. Red Rock did not return for another 2 days and when they did they stated that it's because the batteries in the thermostat were low so they simply only replaced the batteries. BUTTTT once again it didn't work and the ac was still blowing hot air. Red Rock once again took 6 days this time to return after being told every one of those days that they'd return tomorrow but never showed up until that 6th day. When they finally showed up. The technician told us that they had to repipe the pvc to better drain the water and would take about 1-2 days to complete. The technician stepped out for about 20 minutes then came back and said he had a better solution which was to just put a pump that was easily push out the access water instead of having to repipe and take long. The technician said at 4 pm that it would take about 2 hours to complete but was not completed until 9:30 pm (once again on a school night, Wednesday). HOORAY!!! Finally, the ac unit is working and blowing cold air. Hopefully it continues working after this long horrendous lack of professionalism. I would not recommend them and next time I have an issues with ac at this apartment complex I'll just rather move out than to deal with that again. That worth the time and money.
