The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. He did not use the proper tarp to cover the floors. How can he even be in business? On his website, he claimed that safety is their priority and they maintain a clean and organized job -site. THAT IS BS. I would think all "professional" welders should know to use a flame-retardant welding tarp when welding metal..... instead, he used a regular tarp where the metal melted and easily burned through the tarp leaving black holes on our floors. Not only that, there are red markings on the corners of my stairs. When we called him, he even argued with us and never once apologized or offered any remedy. He gave us the "it's too bad" attitude and hung up. He offered the cheapest quote and we got what we paid for. It was not worth $900 for his work. Customer service was horrendous. Not worth it! Again, please do not contact them. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable business. Also, do not believe the Google reviews. Frank paid to have the bad reviews removed from his business page. As a business owner, you can do that. This review can not be viewed under his Google business page. In addition, the last good review was from 4 years ago so this is a good indication that there are no good reviews in the last 4 years.

Worst of all, he left my house a complete mess. I had him install our railing while I was at work because I couldn't take off, so he sent pictures of the finished product that didn't show his mistakes. Bolts and welds weren't painted, the rail isn't flush to the staircase (gaps throughout), it feels weak and light, it's rough/gritty in some spots and smooth elsewhere, welds look like paint drips, it's not square on the trim, the bolts aren't tightened all the way in, he didn't do the design he said he would on one part of the rail, he used straight brackets in parts instead of corner brackets, and it doesn't feel heavy like iron should. When I called him to ask him to come back to fix some of these things, he said he was going to charge me to come back out, then he told me to go to Home Depot to get my own paint and basically said that I got what I paid for. DO NOT USE FRANK!

After stripping paint we may find previous work that is horrible. So of course there will be an increased of price. And yes it will always be cheaper to buy new parts than to restore parts . People do your homework. So if available buy new. Although the china parts will not be anywhere near the quality of restoration of parts . As far as long back log. If you don't have a back log. It's probably because you do poor work!! My company runs a 2 to 5 year backlog. People wait because they want our quality .. The people who write poor reviews because they want the cheapest or fastest. Are not the kind of customers a true restoration shops need. I wonder if anyone is even listening to their empty opinion..
