My wife and I have lived here for a little over a year. What a great community. Our neighbors welcomed us with open arms and helped show us all the activities the community had to offer. My mother has lived at this beautiful residential area for almost six years. Every time I visit my mother I'm so impressed with this beautiful community. Home owner pride is evident throughout the estates. Every home is beautifully manicured and each street is lined with 3 alternating trees giving a sense of uniformity but with a diversity pleasing to the eye. Mailboxes are conveniently located at the entrance to the estates. There is a beautiful community center also at the entrance which can be rented by residents. My mother held both my 30th birthday party, my sisters' 40th birthday party and my brother's 30th birthday party at the center. It is equipped with a kitchen and foosball. There is also a great pool located at the community center that is protected by a lifeguard during opening hours. The pool has provided a wonderful oasis for my mother and her family on those hot summer days. Anyone looking to downsize their living should seriously consider Gypsum Mills. It is conveniently located off the thruway on a rolling gold course with walking trails and is easily accessible to downtown Victor but quietly tucked away into its own beautiful oasis. read more

We really wanted to get our young kids into Victor Schools but we were not looking forward to the price tag on some of the houses we had seen. We came across Gypsum Mills and boy were we surprised. I had a preconceived notion on what mobile homes where and what their communities were like and I was 100 percent wrong and so glad to live here. It is well maintained, safe, and quiet. It is like a little slice of suburban paradise here neighbors care about each other amenities to kill for I mean a pool and a 9 hole golf course really!
