So when I went into the shop I had mentioned it to employee Rayna to see if she had any ideas to fix it. So she went and asked someone else about it, then came back to tell me that they would just go ahead and replace it with the same device as it is no fault of mine. I was very astonished and grateful. The shopper left without making a purchase, as did my little group. 1: why did the register person feel the need to accost the shopper? 2: They lost at least 4 purchases in that moment, and I won't be back if I see that lady at the register again. And then I wonder if it was the owner at the register? 3: shops complain about losing business, but if this is what's going on, then yeah, they're losing business.
