Even the small maki were delicious and the rice was perfectly flavoured in all rolls. The vietnamese spring rolls will never be my favourite and were quite boring. The noodles were well-cooked and plentiful. Toppings-wise, you get kimchi, shredded beets, shredded carrots, corn, two pieces of soft tofu, bean sprouts, and green onions. That's the 3rd CPH ramen place I've been that include kimchi as a topping, and I don't think it works, as it creates too much acidity. Anyway, good stuff overall. We asked for tap water to drink and they charged us 30 DKK (assholes -- such a stupid thing that many places here do), so bring your own if you want to avoid wasting money on water.
