They also carry Landice. They returned my email right away suggesting I come by the store to try out the treadmills. Lou met with us the following day and was very welcoming and we did not feel any pressure to buy. He told us all about the different Precors and asked about our usage so that he could suggest the best one that fit our needs. We were able to test run on all the treadmills while Lou accomodated all our questions. We decided to buy the Precor TM 211 the following day and Lou was able to do the order all over the phone. Shortly after on that day, we received an email that we could expect a call from the delivery/installation people. In one week we had our treadmill delivered and installed (although I believe the speed of delivery is based on availability at Precor) - which is faster than all the other places I had contacted. The delivery/installation guys were very nice and set up and tested the treadmill in just over an hour. They called us a couple of days prior to set up the appointment, then the night before, and then the morning of, which I really appreciated. They were very neat and cleaned up everything afterwards, and also took away all the packaging materials so we would not have to worry about it. I highly recommend stopping by or giving Leisure Fitness a call if you need any home gym fitness equipment, or even fitness equipment for your facility. They took the time to answer all our questions, they offer high quality products, and made good on their promise on delivery and installation. They were very nice and professional, sold me the tiles and put me in touch with a wonderful installer. The problem is, they installed the tile on bare concrete - I actually asked the installer if there needed to be any finishing first...he assured me that it didn't. It laid directly on the concrete. Well while the work was ongoing on the rest of the house and the AC units were not connected yet, at the first heat wave about 3 weeks later, mold quickly grew on the mats. I didn't get even a days use. I have since been told by multiple people that a vapor blocker - even a coat of waterproof paint - would have prevented this. Very sadly Johnson Fitness & Wellness takes zero responsibility - they don't stand behind their products or their work, and my $3,100 purchase is now lost due to their lack of understanding how their product needed to be installed.

These guys came and figured it out within the hour and kept testing my machine before they left and lubricated it. So they wanted to be VERY thorough. Cause they took pride in their work. And they put it back together correctly and brought my treadmill back to life after I kept getting an Emergency Stop Key Warning, which didn't allow my treadmill to be used at all.
