After attempting repeatedly to reach someone for over an hour, when someone finally responded, we were told they weren't able to show up due to the weather. Yeah right. Any reputable business would've reached out this morning or this afternoon/ evening and not AFTER the time of our "meeting". Good luck if you schedule this company. What a joke.

NOT A SINGLE WATERFORD MARK. I called them and was told they were Waterford. I asked them to prove it. The lady tried defending what she couldn't and I basically told her small claims court works for shitballs like Cotton.
