In addition, MHS offers phenomenal customer service by making the process easy for the homeowner. Rich ensured that I was informed of what needed to be done and by whom at each stage of the job, and further assisted by coordinating necessary communication between multiple companies working to complete the project. I felt very reassured the moment Rich showed up to discuss the work needed; he immediately assessed the situation and suggested the best approach to move forward. Everything was handled by the MHS crew professionally and with the utmost care.

We hired Elevated Handyman and Construction to address the serious water damage in a mobile home we…read morepurchased to use as a vacation house in Montana. We needed someone who was experienced with flooring and painting and was willing to demo and haul away the (considerable) trash and debris. We feel like it was the best decision! Mr. Martin Wipf, the owner, is both highly skilled and experienced. We found him to be completely honest and fair. He is an excellent communicator and we always knew exactly where the project stood - even though we were often out of state. Additionally, Martin made some very good suggestions and recommendations regarding our project that afforded us an opportunity to add beneficial improvements and options to the remodel we would not have thought of or been aware of. We are thrilled with the finished project and can honestly say it exceeded our expectations in every way. There is nothing about the work Elevated Handyman did that we would change! Don't hesitate to hire this company for anything from small home improvements to a total gut renovation!

We purchased an older house with a beautiful nonstandard sized door. Unfortunately the lock…read morehardware was original to the house and long wore out after over a century of use. We really wanted to keep the original door since it is something special but getting the hardware updated was an absolute nightmare. Hours of poring over catalogues, looking at eBay auctions trying to find vintage parts brought up nothing. I spoke with at least four different locksmiths in town including some who specialize in old houses and absolutely nothing came of it. We had actually gotten to the point where we were going to give up and look at having a replacement door made so we could have modern hardware that will allow us to properly lock our front door. We found Rocky Mountain door by pure chance and after a couple of phone calls and in about two weeks, the original door was taken down taken to their shop and had nice modern hardware fitted to it and I think the door is ready for another hundred years. I am really looking forward to working with them on several other projects we have around the house. I give them my wholehearted, unrestrained and unequivocal endorsement.

After that their service and attitude only warrants 1 star. They loaded the french door unto the pick up bed Box. They had trouble with securing it. I told him I had to get to Laurel with it. "You'll be fine" Unfortunately I made it about 2 miles down the road, when I actually saw the tie down give way. Pulled over by 32nd/Central, 2 nice gentlemen from State Farm came out and assisted. But again, I made it another mile before the tie-down gave way. I called my husband and son, and the three of us spent another hour reloading the door and securing it properly. When I called to let them know loading was NOT good, it was a flippant "sorry about that". When I called back to speak with the owner, he gave me only excuses why it was my trucks fault. I really wanted for them to apologize and remember NOT TO LOAD the next vehicle like that. The door installed really nice. They built a good product, in a short amount of time. So I spent money locally, (which is good) they had the product to me quickly (another point), the product is excellent in quality (no air leaks) but service and customer satisfaction is thumbs down. I had an interior french door to purchase, which I did at the local Lowe's store, they missed those $$
