I was worried it'd get returned to the shipper since it'd been held so long but employees at this location called me several times to give me updates and encourage me to come in to get it - and mentioned they'd hold it longer for me. They were kind and friendly and professional on the phone. When I went to pick up the package yesterday, the line wasn't bad at all and moved quickly despite only one woman working at the counter. She was efficient and friendly, and got me my package quickly. I had to wait for maybe ~5 min to bring it out and I'm a naturally impatient person but really given the amount of staff it wasn't a bad wait at all. I know FedEx sucks or whatever and the location is not ideal but I do really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff and I believe it should be recognized and appreciated. So if you have the misfortune of having to go all the way out here to get a package or mail one etc, take comfort at least in knowing that you'll be dealing with competent, helpful and kind employees, at least from my experience.
