just now New Do not buy from guys outdoors they are a horrible company. They treat you great when you buy a 30 thousand dollar general from them but completely leave you out to dry when they screw up. Left my Polaris general with them for over 2 months. They Forgot to file claim for an issue with transmission. Called them multiple times and left messages and they would never get back to me. When I finally got mad enough they took me seriously. When I bought my brand new general from them they didn't check gearcase to make sure it was full on oil. Turns out it wasn't and now has caused transmission damage and warranty won't cover it due to me not having the gearcase oil changed out at the recommended service date. So now I'm left paying for it myself. When I dropped general off it was clean and when I came and picked it up it was filthy from sitting out back. They couldn't even bother to spray the dust off that had collected on it the whole time it sat there. Now I don't have my side by side for hunting season. This isn't the first time they have screwed me over but I have finally learned my lesson. I hope this message gets to someone and saves them from buying from this horrible business. read more

Guys outdoor was great when I bought my brand new victory from them and it was a pleasure doing business with them!! Even after bringing it home to Spokane I found that one of the fork guards had a broken part and no charge they rushed me a replacement - that's great customer service! read more

Oh my gosh....top 5 worst buying experiences ever. Our salesman was horrid and did not take the time to even help us get the right side by side. After waiting 6 weeks we cancelled our order and went with Bud's Powersports---SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!! Never again, will I go to Guy's. Wow! Took an older Echo chainsaw in for repair. After waiting over 2 months, finally called and asked about it. The service managers response "oh yeah, the previous service manager left. Sorry we never called you. We can't get parts for it. The charges are $89". Okay, fair enough, can't get parts, I'll pay for your time. EXCEPT... it was running when I took it in for a tune up. It now has zero compression. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Brought a mower in under warranty and they couldn't get the issue to happen. Understandable at first. Went to pick up the mower and found it hadn't been touched in weeks. They ran it out of gas, which would make it impossible to try diagnosing the problem. The battery was dead indicating it had sat for weeks. Pool of rain on the seat when it hadn't rained in a few weeks either. So when they told me they tried everything including taking it apart to look at I was suspicious. Looked and found it had not been taken apart at all. Not a single bolt was removed. Grass still on top of the bolts. So poor service yes, but lied to me. Never again will they see any business of mine. read more
