The company seemed small and new.  We didn't think we stood a chance that they'd be interested.  We were wrong. The Root Cellar Estate Sale Company has been a blessing in our lives.  Heather and Kirk are nothing short of amazing miracle workers.  They handled over 2,000 square feet of "stuff" and transformed it into a giant welcoming space with boutique and general store vibes.  The atmosphere of the sales seemed cozy and welcoming. The presentation on social media was right on par with today's influencer standards.  The organization and timeliness of Heather, Kirk, and their entire crew were impressive.  Communication could not have been better.  Most importantly, they treated us with kindness and respect and were careful to approach this sensitive situation with gentleness and grace.   I would highly recommend this company.  I am confident they can conquer even the larger, oddest jobs and do it with style.  In one of the toughest parts of our life, they helped to make one part just a little bit easier and we are grateful.

They are publicly admitting that they did not communicate with me. "We never did business with this woman." You're absolutely right, little Root Cellar, I was inhibited from giving you my business because Kirk failed for over a month to return my calls and texts. If you can't handle letting your potential customers know that you're not up to the job, you might need to say that to your potential customer so they move on to better companies. As a business owner, your business model has failed because you blow people off. I was honest with Kirk on the phone over my sibling that wants to throw everything out instead of holding an estate sale and his response was, this isn't my first rodeo. Oh okay, he's dealt with situations like this before I figured. Clearly the Root Cellar hasn't and I highly recommend that no one uses this business.

The staff was very knowledgeable and asked me to bring the RV in for review. I made a second trip with the RV to meet with A J (the installer). He assured me that he could do the job and we then scheduled a date for the install a couple weeks later and I gave them a deposit to order some parts which they thought might be necessary. I came back on the scheduled date and the job was completed in about 3 hours at a cost less than the original estimate. A J reviewed the new installation with me and showed us how to use the new Pioneer AVH-2550NEX unit. One of the parts they ordered was not actually needed, so we even got a refund credit for the unused part back on our credit card. We are very satisfied with their skill and customer service and recommend their service very highly. Thank you very much for a great experience! It was well worth driving the 65 miles from our home in Warren County on each visit to get this job done at a very reasonable cost less than we expected.

Luckily I had a good idea of what I wanted done and the young woman behind the counter was super sweet, friendly and helpful. Without hesitating she got some pins and helped me pin my clothing. I had a pair of pants and shorts taken in an inch or so. I also needed a new zipper put on a pair of jeans. I dropped them off Monday morning and was surprised and happy to hear they could alter my clothing by Friday afternoon. I swung by a little before my order was supposed to be ready and the same woman was behind the counter. She greeted me with a smile and immediately grabbed my order before she even looked up my name. Thanks for taking care of this! Between the customer service and promptness of the alterations I will absolutely come back.
