I've had Gutter Magic at my house twice over the last 7 years and I couldn't have been happier each time. Price is more than fair, work is quick and of high quality. I'll use them everytime I have a need. Stuart (owner) is easy to work with and always has a freindly attitude. Highly recommend using them for all your gutter needs. And, I just recently found out they also do Florida/Screen rooms as well, so that will be the reason I contact them next time (near future)! read more

Called about a "super gutter" issue around our pool and Magic Gutter walked me through the challenges of working on a Super gutter. Turns out I need to have a pool enclosure tech team work on my repair. Even though Magic Gutter could not help me they were very patient & directed me to someone who could. read more

I had gutters installed on 18 Nov 2022. I discovered a problem with water falling directly off the roof and spilling over the gutters over my garage. Further investigation showed a bracket was not screwed into the soffit. I contacted the business six times using three different methods previously used to communicate with them (email, text, phone) beginning in September 2023. I received no response at all. I then filed a complaint with the BBB in February 2024. I was told by the business that I was outside their one year warranty period and that I have oak trees around my property and it was my fault that I had not maintained my gutters. However, their website clearly states they have a lifetime installation warranty and a 20 year manufacturer warranty. I presented clear photos reflecting there are few leaves in the gutter and a photo showing the screw from the braket that was never secured. Even presented with this evidence the business refuses to honor their work through their warranty. I am forced now to seek out another gutter company to inspect and repair this faulty work. I gave them two stars as the initial quote was very inexpensive. I suppose the old adage applies, "you get what you pay for..." read more

This an update from a previous rating that was way wrong. I gave Stu (owner) the benefit of being busy and not being promot to do warranty work. Well, it is actually much worse. We just learned, the hard way, that Gutter Magic incorrectly installed our gutters about 4 years ago which caused them to fail over time. He really isn't that good and you should not use him at all. The gutters started hanging down, and pulling on the metal drip flashing. Stu wrongly srewed right through our metal drip flashing which is WRONG and the gutter now droop because they pull on the flashing, which now is exposed and looks horrible. Gutter Magic owner, Stu, refused to come and look at it or even try to fix it. He claimed he had new jobs that were more important than worrying about ours. His incompetence is costing me thousands of dollars. Stay away from Gutter Magic. He can act nice, until you need something that he doesn't want to give,... like quality service. read more

First class customer service.. Stewart, owner of Gutter Magic, answered my call, set up the appointment, showed up on time, did a flawless job installing my new 6 inch seamless gutters. Thank You Stuart & your Gutter Magic crew. We made first contact with Stuart 10 days before Hurricane Michael hit PC in October of 2018. That changed life for a while. We finally got back on track and called Stuart at Gutter Magic to reschedule the new gutter project. The office was very attentive and took my information. Stuart White (the owner) called me back to get things going. Even though Gutter Magic was pretty much booked for months Stuart had an opening and came the very next day. The weather was NOT cooperative but Gutter Magic came anyway and did a great job! The new gutters add curb appeal to the house and will help with those Florida downpours! Stuart stayed in contact when the job was finished for any concerns or questions. I appreciate the upfront attitude, honesty and professionalism. I know in our world today someone will always find something to complain about. Stuart and Gutter Magic gave us great customer service and we would highly recommend them for you gutter needs....WHY...how many times have you had the owner of the company call you for a project. Call Stuart White at Gutter Magic. He'll treat you like family! Chris T. read more

Initially Stuart was Johnny on the spot- he showed up when he said he would and was competitive with his bid. Due to the fast response and competitive quote, I decided to use him. BIGGEST mistake ever! Initially the work looked ok, not great, not horrible. That was until the first heavy rain. My gutters were flooding everywhere. It would have been better to not have them at all as they were creating a huge mess. He did not install enough down spouts, there were several areas which were not leveled and sloped correctly, all of which led to major problems with the storm water flowing off of my new, metal roof. So, I contacted him to discuss the problem, which is where it gets even better. From the initial contact, he insisted that the problem was my fault and that I should have known more down-spouts were needed. When I gave him the original quote, and pointed out that it did not list the number of down spouts he was providing, but only stipulated that it was for the entire house, he then flipped his lid. Insisting that it was my fault and that I would have to pay him more to get the problem fixed. At this point he became very unprofessional and verbally abrasive, so I stopped communicating with him. I finally had to get another company to come and repair the problem. The general manager of that company indicated that he has performed more than his share of repairs due to poor quality and craftsmanship of this man's work. Further that he hears very similar stories regarding Gutter Magic regularly. Buyer beware! He responds fast. He shows up when he says he will. But his quality is poor and he does not stand behind his work. read more

I was recommended, Gutter Magic for gutter replacement for my Lake House a couple of months ago and was very pleased with there work. The price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner and the quality was top notch. Last month I put a new roof on my primary house on the beach along with a new paint job. After looking at both I decided to add new gutters to set the house off and called Gutter Magic to do the entire house and could not be more please with there work. I would highly recommend Gutter Magic to anyone needing this type of service. You can not go wrong with this company. Regards, David L. Holt Panama City Beach, Florida read more

They are wonderful; timely and gutters do work like magic. Installation was painless. Gutters work great. They took the time to discuss where we wanted the water directed; discussed and recommended gutter size and came back to check on the work. Cleaned up after installation as well. We have had a severe rainstorm and no issues. read more
