The process of getting gutters installed on our house started off with seeing a nice add on Facebook for Panama City gutters. Unfortunately the add was one of the few things that was nice about Panama City Gutters. We made an appointment online that was kept and completed by Laurie. Quote for 90' of gutter and associated parts and pieces was sent. along with a Deposit Invoice approx 25% of total price. Deposit was made the following day and we where told install would be in 2-3 weeks. After waiting patiently for 5 weeks we called numerous times to try and get them installed. No shows by the crew, delays, not enough material and just calling saying we are showing up to install your gutters(even though there wasn't an appointment)to complete the install we got the install completed 8 weeks and 1 day after we ordered(5-6 weeks later than we where told) Install quality is nothing that we could not have done ourselves. We probably would have done it better because it is our house and we take pride in the work we do. Even though the company was late in getting our gutters installed by more than 6 weeks they began harassing us that day for the remaining balance on the invoice even thought the install was substandard(Overspray onto drip edge, Caulking everywhere and spray painted over, excessively bent drip edges and more). 5 days after they say the install is complete with daily emails, phone calls and voice mails the person who quoted the job stopped by at the house unannounced and uninvited. didn't have change in order for me to pay in cash and didn't know the exact amount I owed(stated I owed the entire invoice and didn't note I paid 25% of it all ready) plus couldn't provide me with a receipt if i paid her on the spot directly so she called the office lady and she had to give the correct amount and email an updated invoice showing the balance paid. We where told that the address they use is not where their business actually is due to Hurricane Michael(October 2018). After further investigation their company was never located at the address they list as their business address. 1809 Ohio Ave was occupied by Beachy Beach rentals prior to the storm and was purchased by another company in November of 2018. Looking at the business registry for the company Panama City Gutters is registered thru a third party agent in St Petersburg, Florida and wasn't even registered as a business in the state of Florida until February of 2019. In my opinion this company is a fly by night company profiting off of the destruction of Hurricane Michael. Their customer service, or lack their of is substandard and is not worth the money to deal with them or their staff. Install was nothing that I can't do but we wanted professional install since this is our first house. I would not do Business with Emmett Jordan(owner), Terry English(Secretary/Scheduler) or Lauri Arnold(quote) ever again. read more

It is currently November 29, 2020. I first reached out to Panama City Gutters at the very end of July 2020 requesting their services regarding purchasing/ installing black half round gutters and rain chains. Being raised in a family whose income was revolved around small businesses- I give everyone the benefit of the doubt and am very aware of all the mishaps one could have. In this case, none of this is relevant. The employees at this business have had the worst communication, the lies I have been told have been drug out since the first week of being in contact with them. On August 3rd I paid a $800 down payment which covered the materials for the black half round gutters. I also bought #300 worth of rain chains. I was informed that in within the next 12 days an installer will come to my residence to install the gutters. I was told this false information by the female employee Terri. With 12 days being August 15 (Saturday), I at least expected August 17 (Monday). Fast forward to September 14th 2020, my gutters were still not installed. I had to call Terri and ask for a status and she told me that the gutters have not even came in yet... over a month later. From August 3rd to September 14th, I did not receive any phone calls from this company regarding the status. I had to call Panama City Gutters every single time for at the an update. Terri always had an excuse like they are very busy or "she will give me a call back." Terri NEVER called me back. From September 14th to October 6th, the communication was still little to none. My significant other called her many times throughout this whole process, Terri answered some at first but less and less to completely just ignoring him. I finally tried on a different phone number and she answered within the 2nd ring.... this is very disappointing. I called Terri and she said excuses like "we are very busy" and "I will call you back." Surprisingly Terri actually called me the afternoon of October 6th to tell me my gutters "should be delivered". On the morning of October 7th my S.O and I went to brunch and when we came back the gutters were laying in my front yard unattended. I live at a 4 way stop in Panama City Beach, the gutters would have easily been taken and I know Panama City Gutter would provide no aid if that happened. At this point I was completely done with this company. I called Terri and cancelled installation with them. After cancelling with them my S.O. received a text from "Laurie" at Panama City Gutters asking for us to call her. Later on October 7th I asked around and found an installer who came out on the morning of October 8th. He installed the gutters perfectly but informed me that Panama City Gutters did not provide the end caps with the materials, which I paid for. The gutters were also scraped and had minor dents in them. I unfortunately had to reach back out to the poor communicating company and informed them that they forgot a vital part of my gutter material. I called Laurie who informed me she is very sorry about Terri and how she has been "cleaning up Terri's messes" lately. Laurie was aware that Terri had other mistakes made and i FINALLY thought I was going to get somewhere with this company. I was wrong again. From my first contact with Laurie on October 8th, she told me an installer would come to my house and drop off my end caps. Fast forward to November 25th, I called Laurie and Terri still asking about my end caps. Laurie informed me she forgot. Terri informed me "she had no idea about anything regarding end caps." Terri also expressed how she promises 100% she would call me on November 27, 2020 with an update. I did not receive a call from Terri or any other employee at Panama City Gutters. I also asked Terri TWICE if i could speak with someone in management and she would not transfer me to anyone. I also left a Facebook review on Panama City Gutters page but it was deleted. I tried to call them and they denied my phone call. Fast forward to the current date November 29, 2020 I still do not have my end caps. My house suffered through Hurricane Sally with pointless gutters because I had no end caps. There is 100% no reason to have gutters without end caps. Every time I spoke with Laurie I was told again that they are very busy and she will reach out to "Eddie" the installer. She told me she would "shoot him a text".... that's all? After months of being led on all she can do for me is shoot a text. SO disappointing. I even offered to Terri and Laurie MANY MANY times that I will come to wherever they are to pick up my end caps. I am so disappointed and exhausted from dealing with this business. I have tried to find end caps at other stores but have round end caps have to be ordered and there are different sizes. I work hard for my money and when I spend it, I spend it on good and reliable items. Unfortunately this business is neither of those. read more

Will not recommend. Salesperson said they would complete job within 3 weeks and had to call on week 5 to schedule appointment. No show on day they scheduled so I asked for the $300 deposit back and haven't seen yet within a week. They did finally call me back after I sent them a nasty email and tried to schedule again and I told them to forget it. Use South Coast Seamless Gutter instead. If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. While the actual end product was up to standards, this company's customer service and lack of communication was severely lacking. The only time that the company was in frequent communication with my husband and I was when the work on our home had been completed and they were looking for payment. A bit of a backstory: my husband and I are landlords and rent the home on which the work was being done. Like many in the area, we needed to make several repairs due to the horrible damage by hurricane Michael. As such, it's crucially important to us to communicate all of the work being done on our home to our tenants (through our property manager) so that they are aware and can make arrangements. The work was scheduled for a Friday at 10:00am and when I called back the company later that afternoon, I was told they were en route to the home and had a late start and would finish the job that day. Fast forward to the next day Saturday I get a call early afternoon telling us that the team would be "finishing" up the work Saturday. I asked if they had come the previous day and was told no. How is it possible to "finish" something you haven't started? I told them I would attempt to get in touch with my tenants and get back to them. As it turns out, they went directly to the home and my tenants were having a party and had to ask them to leave. As a result of their poor communication and lack of planning, my husband and I now have a strained relationship with our tenants despite our efforts to be on top of this particular repair and be organized. To add insult to injury, when Emmett called me regarding payment, I gave him feedback about the failure to communicate and our disappointment and he was incredibly rude and condescending. I have never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. To all those in the Panama City area: I wish you all the best in rebuilding from Hurricane Michael but STRONGLY warn you AGAINST doing business with these folks. read more

Sales guy and his gutter installers did a fabulous job installing our new seamless rain gutters. The new gutters the company installed channeled the rain water, which solved the erosion issues that were causing water to seep into our home. The service was prompt, the prices were very fair, the installation was extremely professional, and they did a great job with clean up! :-) read more

unresponsive by phone. only got called after i informed the sales rep that i would not be able to proceed with the gutter installation. i asked that the deposit i placed by credit card be refunded to the same card. got a song and dance about the difficulty in doing so, they would prefer either a money transfer to my bank account or a check to be mailed. i insisted on a credit to my bank card. so far one week later ... nothing. today a week later i finally get through to them and i am told the refund was processed. i talked to my bank they say no refund has come through. the charge is disputed for now read more
