Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. Tyler has a vast knowledge of this field and working with insurance companies to navigate the red tape and stand up for you. After numerous adjusters and claims representatives (more than I care to count or remember) he helped us win our claim and our insurance company paid for an entire new roof, new gutters, power washing of the siding, new gutters, and eventually painting of the entire house. A neighbor noticed that we had a small issue near the ridge vent on our roof.
