All of a sudden, the car in front of me peeled off. When I got to the window, they had fetched his order. I told them, he peeled off. Well to my surprise, my regular little fry, changed to a mega fry right before my eyes. The girl at the window said enjoy, cause I literally just gave you a bag of fries. She did! Hit, fresh, delicious, filled to the top! I shared them!! But, super yum. A good thing came to she who waited!

Don't expect your order to be heard, let alone gotten right the first or second time. Expect to have to get a refund or have to pay more than once. Customer Service: 1/5. I'd give it a 0/5, but I know some 5/5 workers here, and props to them! I hope they work within other places instead of staying here- but a majority of workers here don't care about getting orders right, and would rather you get your money back and leave upset without your food because they got your order wrong than admit what they did. I even had an employee say I was "doing the most" when I explained what had happened and stood up for myself after paying, explaining I hadn't been given the receipt. I will likely not be returning here.

The teens from First Baptist Church Leeds, AL took over the restaurant. They did not hold the doors and occupied the booths and area near the restroom. I changed to takeout in the app, but when I finally arrived at the counter after making my way through the teens, my food was cold and on a tray. They dumped in a bag, and I escaped. Hubby ordered the Cheesesteak, which despite the "steak" reference is simple broken up ground beef with a beige gravy; he did say he bit into an onion once. I should have ordered the traditional beef sandwich but instead went for ham and cheese. And potato cakes instead of those nasty fries I've never liked. My sandwich turned out to be so bland, I put it aside after four bites. And the potato cakes - two bites of one was too much. So my $11.49+tax meal was wasted money. The Diet Coke was good. Christopher had an attitude and he couldn't even tell me when the store manger would be in.
