While it was significantly over estimate - I don't exactly blame that on their end. My car just has expensive parts, and they did what they could to bring down those costs. Cliff worked with me for the majority of the time, and always clearly explained all of the details for me. the paint and body work certainly came out mint! As for their warranty: I had both a cosmetic and mechanical issue. There were some small scratches from putting the grill back in, and they fixed those without a problem. Mechanically, there was a transmission fluid leak from the radiator. While I did not notice it for quite some time, when I did the entire staff worked with me and my schedule to fix it as soon as possible, I was impressed with how accommodating they were. And, they did end up repairing the issue as well, everything seems to be OK as of today. Overall, the store is extremely consumer centric, with professional staff eager to accommodate and ensure that everything is perfect.

Owner essentially told me to kick rocks and to talk to a lawyer. Current: Awaiting feedback from establishment owner regarding taking my vehicle elsewhere to have the repair looked over, paint corrected to remove swirls and detailed to remove staining, to fix what was damaged by the shop and out of the scope of the original repair. Update: July 29th pickup. Issues under the hood appear to have been addressed. Missing screws were replaced, fan and airbox were attached. However, my car was now poorly washed, residue streaks running down the vinyl on my trunk, windshield, etc. from soap that was not rinsed off. For some reason my hood and the front quarter panels over the wheel wells had now been buffed and done in an extremely poor manner, the entire hood is covered in swirl marks as well as the quarter panels over my wheel wells. Interior gray trim and leather center console now have black stains from something being sprayed on them and sitting. Documentation does not have original intake miles when my car was dropped off on the 15th, when I asked what the miles were, I was directed to review the state inspection which occurred on the 22nd, a week after I dropped my vehicle off. Variance in miles after inspection was done and when my vehicle was picked up. Original post: My experience is still in progress for a Progressive insurance claim regarding hitting a deer and front end damage. Vehicle was dropped off on July 15th to have the condenser, front fascia and grille replaced. Repairs were completed and the vehicle was inspected on July 22nd. However, upon picking up my vehicle today, July 24nd it was sitting out front on display, windows down & covered in bird excrement. After the repairs had been completed? Why is my car still being driven if the repair is done? As well, no one walked me through the repair, only backed it up for me and told me the keys were in it. Upon inspecting it myself, I found improper screws, missing screws, my airbox was not properly attached, the condenser fan was not properly attached either. There was no receptionist but one of the employees was there. They saw her walk in and simply ignored her. She said that she wanted her keys because her car had not even been worked on yet and they ignored her calls. The employees didn't say anything to her but simply handed her the keys. I understand that you could be backed up with work or short staffed, but that doesn't excuse poor customer service and inefficient work ethic.
