** DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY**…read more When you're in the process of moving house these are the last people to hire unless you fancy more stress and weeks of trying to get your money back. They did a shocking job on the first clean, not cleaning any of the cupboards, barely even hoovered, dust still everywhere. As you can imagine this did not please our landlady or the estate agent. They company said they'd send someone round for the second clean, this person showed up without any cleaning equipment and had apparently been told she was only going to be recleaning the windows despite me sending 20+ photos of the flat post-clean and asking for a full reclean to be done. Following this, I asked for my money back, weeks of chasing emails and phone calls only to eventually be told that "there were people living there when we cleaned and this was not acceptable", this is a complete lie - the flat was entirely empty for both visits as we'd moved out the week before. I ended up having to pay another cleaning company the same amount again to do a proper job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH.

Everything in this place is quirky and beautiful. They hand choose all kinds of items, from lamps to dressers, frames to napkin holders, wine and champagne glasses and all of their items are surprisingly cheap. I saw the most beautiful lamp, which was obviously handcrafted and vintage for only £30. Actually, everything in there I saw I wanted for my home. The buyers have fantastic taste in interior décor. It is a small operation and everyone in the shop is so helpful and polite. Anytime I need to funk up my living quarters I am going to pick up something from this shop, it's great.

I took my brown brogues in for repair after a previous rubber sole job from Timpsons. I asked for a full leather sole and quarter rubber heel which came to £45, a normal price for this kind of job. The service I received was fantastic, I was offered next day repair at no extra cost and when I collected the shoes they looked fantastic. I genuinely felt it a shame to have to walk on them! He'd even given the upper a polish and shine as well which i hadn't asked for but was grateful to receive. 10/10. Thanks guys.
