When he examined the boiler, there turned out to be a bigger issue than first though, as the heating had not been switched on over the summer months. Danny said he didn't have the correct tools as he though it was just a service. I can completely understand that, and I have no problem paying extra for the work needed. What I did take exception to, was the manner in the way he spoke to me and how it appeared to be an inconvenience that he would have to come back another day. Maybe he was having a bad day, but it's a shame as I felt compelled to leave a negative review for Danny, as a result of such a negative experience.

They had an excellent range of products and fitted windows, alu bifold doors, stunning powder coated glass roof and sarnafil finish to a new flat roof extension. We found Concept to be competitve on price especially given that we wanted non standard colours on the doors and roof. From start to finish we found Concept to be professional and extremely knowledgeable before during and after installation. A couple of very minor niggles (to be expected on a job this large) were sorted very quickly with a follow up visit when reported back to the office.
