They sent back three sketches for us to choose from. We discussed each sketch via telephone, picked one and they sent me a detailed design including planting list that fit our climate. I then hired a local landscape contractor to build it. The modern garden they designed was the perfect fit for our mid-century modern house and the price was much lower than anyone local I could find. I was hesitant in contacting them, given the reputation of some plumbers, but im really glad that i used their services. They got back to me promptly after i left my details on their answerphone, and popped around the next day to look at what i needed doing and promptly gave me a firm quote for the works in my bathroom. I had to wait three weeks before they could fit me in, but i was reassured by the fact that they had plenty of other customers! They turned up as promised at the correct time and the work on the bathroom was carried out in a short time, and with little or no mess or disturabance. There were no long tea breaks, courteous and efficient workers and i had no problems with their work at all. I hope my experience is typical for their work, and i would recommend them to others without any hesitation.
